Our project was presented in the “Conservation on Islands” session with a talk entitled “Plant conservation in the Aeolian Islands: bringing species back from he brink of extinction”.
The team also guided one of the conference’s excursions in the island of Panarea, illustrating to the participants the population of 𝙎𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙚 𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙖𝙚 and the conservation actions that are taking place to preserve it.
