Also this year, the UNICA team collected the germplasm of 𝙇𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙢 𝙢𝙪𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙧𝙞, an endemic species of Sardinia that our project aims to safeguard.
Present exclusively in the Sulcis-Iglesiente territories, 𝘓𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘮 𝘮𝘶𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘳𝘪 develops on substrates rich in heavy metals such as those of mining landfills, widely spread in the area.
