The π™‚π™–π™‘π™žπ™ͺ𝙒 π™‘π™žπ™©π™€π™§π™–π™‘π™š plants experimentally translocated last November to the target site within the Selinunte Archaeological Park successfully passed the test phase. After summer dormancyβ€”a particularly critical time for the speciesβ€”the specimens resumed growth, confirming the validity of the adopted procedure. In late spring, the same plants also flowered, a further sign of their good adaptation. In short, the test was passed with flying colors: the final translocation phase will soon begin, with approximately 500 specimens already ready and others in the process of propagation.
